Product Overview
Push on fittings, also known as Rapid Screw or Instant fittings, provide a secure fit for nylon, polyurethane or polyethylene tubing. Unlike traditional compression fittings that require wrenches and multiple turns to be installed, our push-on fittings utilize a precision-made stainless steel gripping tooth and a heavy duty O-ring seal, which activates upon inserting the tubing.

Prior to shipment from our facility, all fittings are subjected to rigorous testing and therefore are ready for immediate installation in your most critical applications.
Operation of Push-Fit Fittings:
- Place the pipe inside the fitting- you just push the pipe into the fitting until it hits the end.
- Automatic Gripping- stainless steel teeth automatically will grip the pipe when they make contact with it and hold it securely.
- Instant Sealing- the O-ring is compressed around the diameter of the pipe creating a bubble-tight seal within just moments of the pipe being inserted into the fitting.
- Easy Disconnect- simply press the collet and pull pipe away from fitting to disconnect.
